A bright, crisp, and wonderfully refreshing organic white blend from the Marche region. It features a delicate bouquet of white peach, citrus zest, and pear, underpinned by notes of lemon verbena and acacia blossom. On the palate, it is light-bodied and energetic with a clean, saline mineral finish, offering a more characterful and structured alternative to standard Pinot Grigio.

Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature and maturation in vitrified concrete tanks for approximately 5 months. Followed by refinement in the bottle.
