Our standard return policy for items bought, unopened and with proof of purchase is 30 days, with the exception of chilled goods.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at and we will resolve any issues.

Damaged goods: If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit or are defective, we will exchange the damaged items without charge, provided you notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Depending on the items, we may request the return, or organise the collection of, the damaged or defective items. Your statutory rights are not affected.
