Gift Card T&C's

• The Fallon & Byrne Gift Card is not a credit card, charge card, or cheque guarantee card.
• Valid Fallon & Byrne Gift Cards may be used in full or part payment for goods in the Fallon & Byrne Foodhall, for meals in The Dining Room or The Wine Cellar, or for purchases online at fallonandbyrne.com
• The Fallon & Byrne Gift Card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Any residual balance remaining on the Gift Card following purchase of goods will remain on the Gift Card, to apply towards future purchases.
• Please keep your Gift Card safe, Fallon & Byrne expressly excludes all liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.
• You can check your balance at showmybalance.com or query our team at office@fallonandbyrne.com
• A Fallon & Byrne gift card and any remaining balance will expire 5 years after the date of the first activation.
• Gift Cards ordered through this site will be sent to the email address(es) stated on each individual order.
• Physical gift cards ordered through this site will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
• Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery, and ownership passes once full payment has been received. Fallon & Byrne is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards or physical Gift Cards after they have been delivered to the recipient. Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded in such cases.
• Fallon & Byrne is not liable for unauthorized use of Gift Cards after delivery. However, in exceptional cases, we may, at our sole discretion, investigate and decide whether to reimburse the lost funds, provided the card has not yet been redeemed and satisfactory evidence is provided.
• Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported to us within three (3) days of delivery. Fallon & Byrne is not responsible for any shortage or loss reported after this period.
• The re-sale of Gift Cards sold by Fallon & Byrne is strictly prohibited.
• Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with Irish law. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
• Force Majeure: Fallon & Byrne cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include acts of God, trade disputes, governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
• Any breach of these conditions may entitle Fallon & Byrne to seek appropriate legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctions and claims for damages.
• Right to Refuse Service or Redemption – Fallon & Byrne reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card if it reasonably suspects the card has been tampered with, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently
• Modification of Terms – Fallon & Byrne reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available at fallonandbyrne.com.
• Data Privacy – By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
