Preferred day – Dublin Deliveries. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday with 48 hours’ notice but are subject to availability – Preferred Day delivery slots are limited, and any date may become fully booked without notice.

Once an order is dispatched, we will email you with a tracking number if we have your email address. You can then track your order online with our courier. If you have entered an Irish mobile number on your order, and the delivery is in Ireland, you will receive text message notifications from DPD with information about your delivery time slot.

Next day Collections
Orders placed by 12pm the day before can be collected anytime from 10am to 7pm. To collect your order in-store, please make sure to bring your confirmation email and a valid form of ID.
Preferred date Collections
You can place an order and schedule it for collection on your preferred date and this can be collected on the day anytime from 10am to 7pm. To collect your order in-store, please make sure to bring your confirmation email and a valid form of ID.
If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the order, our driver can try to leave the package with a neighbour, otherwise we will take back the order and add it to the delivery list on the next day.
Our nationwide deliveries are handled by our delivery service partner DPD. They will contact you beforehand indicating an estimated time slot for the delivery, if this doesn’t suit you, please follow the instructions on their text message or email and you can manage your delivery in the best way possible to accommodate your needs.

On rare occasions an item may have been missed by our team when picking an order. If this is the case with your order please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will endeavour to replace or refund the missing item.
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit or are defective, we will exchange the damaged items without charge, provided you notify us within 30 days of delivery.Depending on the items, we may request the return, or organise the collection of, the damaged or defective items. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Yes. We can cater for parties large and small in both restaurants and in our resident events space The Ballroom. Our experienced team can work with you to reserve you a space that suits you and make sure you have the best food and wine experience.
