The 2023 Judith Beck “Beck Ink” is a vibrant, biodynamic red from the Gols region of Burgenland, Austria. Known as a “thirst-quencher” (or Süffig in German), this wine is designed to be fresh, approachable, and pulse with the energy of the Pannobile area’s sandy and gravelly soils

Tasting Note: Red berried, fresh and lively, this red will be equally perfect with Turkey leftovers as with weeknight fare such as pasta, pizza and tacos. Fresh, juicy, vibrant. Fermented with wild yeasts, and very little or no sulphites ever added.

Vinification: To preserve its “Ink-y” fruit profile, the wine is aged for approximately 8 to 10 months in large, neutral acacia wood barrels (vats) and stainless steel. It is bottled with minimal sulfur and without fining or heavy filtration.
