Chemicals are replaced by natural products and compost is produced from grape skins and stems, vegetal residue and manure. Tasting Note: Aromas of berries, sweet vanilla and soft, floral notes. The palate is fruity with a velvety texture. Medium-bodied with an intense finish.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested primarily by hand. After a cool maceration to extract color and fruit aromatics, the juice undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
