Classic South Rhône combination of Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache & Syrah. Dark ruby colour with a nose of blackberries, leather & spice. Round, fruity, broad texture with stewed fruit and a slight minerality to the finish.

Vinification: The extraction is done during fermentation in cement tanks with pumping over. After fermentation, the wines are racked and then blended before aging for 10 months.

Farming: Conventional

 

Tasting Note: Pretty red colour with violet reflections, limpid and shiny. The nose offers seductive notes of red fruit such as blackcurrants and blueberries, skilfully punctuated with notes of leather and violets. The palate increases this gourmet character, perfectly balanced by beautiful freshness and soft tannins which bring a lot of finesse and aromas of fully ripe red fruit enhanced by a touch of pepper. A very pleasant wine, very drinkable.

 

Pairing suggestion: A simple, unpretentious wine, ready for any occasion for spontaneous enjoyment. Pair with medium strength cheese or charcuterie, roast chicken, pork chops.
