Authentic Burrata di Andria PGI, produced by Caseificio Palazzo in Puglia according to strict Consortium regulations. A delicate shell of stretched curd cheese encases a luxuriously creamy filling of mozzarella strips and cream, known as stracciatella, all made by hand using traditional methods passed down since 1957. Gold Medal winner at the World Cheese Awards, it’s best enjoyed simply — torn open with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil, or piled onto crisp bruschetta.
