Vinification: The vineyards producing Chan das Camelias are located near the waters of the Ría de Arousa. The vines grow in shallow, well-drained soils derived from decomposing granite, resulting in acidic soils with a sandy structure. Both the vineyard location and the soil type impart characteristic notes of salinity and minerality to the wines. Minimum 3 months ageing on lees in stainless steel with weekly bâtonnage.
