Details
Formerly labeled as “En Chailloux,” this cuvée was renamed “Blanc Etc…” to reflect the estate’s rebellious spirit and its move to the Vin de France classification, allowing them more freedom in the cellar. Sourced from several parcels of young vines (relatively speaking) grown on diverse flint (silex) and clay soils, it serves as the entry point into the Dagueneau universe, yet it often surpasses other producers’ top-tier wines.
Tasting Note: Multi-layered fruit and very complex, mineral nose with some exotic notes, citrus aromatics and a hint of flint. Extraordinary length and depth of flavour on the palate. One of the world’s best Sauvignons.

Allergens: Sulphites.
Pairing suggestion: Turbot, scallops, lobster, roast chicken, veal.
