Prosa is the ultimate “garden wine.” It is a lightly sparkling rosé produced using the Charmat method (tank fermentation), which preserves the primary, explosive fruit flavors of the grapes. It is bottled with a crown cap to signal its casual, fun, and unpretentious nature, making it a staple in the “low-intervention” wine world.

Tasting Note: A delightful pink bubbly pét-nat that opens with red berries, floral notes and citrus. Lively and refreshing on the palate with lovely nuances of red fruit and citrus. Tastes of more and more.

Grapes: Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch

Vinification: Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. To create the sparkle, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in a pressurized tank. It is bottled with minimal sulfur to keep the juice “vibrant” and “alive.”
