A charming, semi-sparkling (frizzante) rosé that is both elegant and playful. It pours a delicate pale coral and opens with a fragrant bouquet of wild strawberries, garden raspberries, and a touch of golden apple. The palate is light and crisp, balancing juicy red fruit flavours with a refreshing mineral backbone and a soft, creamy mousse.

Style: Dry, light-bodied Semi-Sparkling Rosé.

Grapes: A thoughtful blend of 90% Glera (the Prosecco grape) for freshness and aromatics, and 10% Raboso, a local red variety that provides the wine’s stunning colour and a distinctive zesty acidity.

Filtration: The wine undergoes gentle clarification and light filtration to maintain its bright fruit profile and organic integrity.

Alcohol: 10.5%.

Farming: Certified Organic and Vegan. The vineyards are uniquely characterised by white limestone stones (la jara in local dialect), which absorb heat during the day and release it at night, helping the grapes reach optimal ripeness while keeping their acidity.

Allergens: Contains sulphites.
