Vinification: Manual picking, with vinification in small temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. After the fermentations, the wine is then racked 12 months into French oak barrels. 

Farming: Conventional  

Tasting Note: A great fineness, elegance, a mid-depth purple colour and very enticing nose of fruit aromas such as cassis, plums and blackberries. 

The palate is full bodied, with smooth tannins. 

Pairing suggestion: Red meat, cheese and pasta dishes.
