A delicious aroma of macerated strawberries and cherries leads to a bright and punchy, fruit forward palate with fine tannins, fresh acidity and a clean, dry finish. Serve slightly chilled at 16‐18C.

De-alcoholization: Low-temperature vacuum distillation. To ensure it doesn’t taste thin (a common red NA wine issue), the team reintroduces natural grape skins and tannins to maintain a “weighty” mouthfeel.

Filtration: Fine filtration for a polished, clear ruby color.

Farming: Sourced from vineyards using mindful and organic practices.
