This award winning, handcrafted vermouth uses twenty botanicals including gorse from the island, a deep dark caramel and a Verdejo grape from the Rueda Valley near Madrid.

Tasting Note: Bitter and sweet with notes of coconut and vanilla, while spices and herbs balance every drop.

Vinification: Over 20 different botanicals are used, foraged from the island’s rich hedgerows. These are then steeped in alcohol to intesify their flavour and then blended with a rich caramel and the aromatic base wine to create Ireland’s first vermouth.
