Mortar & Mill Za’atar is a traditional Middle Eastern spice blend combining toasted sesame seeds, aromatic herbs and tangy sumac for a bright, savoury finish. Versatile and vibrant, it enhances flatbreads, salads, roasted vegetables, grilled meats and dips such as hummus, adding authentic Levantine flavour to everyday cooking and entertaining.

You can also try out the traditional way of serving Za’atar,that is pure, as a simple tapa with a bowl of oil and good bread, where you first dip the bread in oil and then in the Za’atar.
