Details

Beef stock is made from from the highest quality 100% Irish grass fed beef bones from cattle which are raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics. The bones are smothered in tomato paste, slowly roasted until they caramelise and then covered with water to simmer for several hours along with locally sourced vegetables and fresh herbs to produce a natural, healthy stock which is chock full of flavour.
