Ardsallagh Soft Goat’s Cheese is handmade daily by Jane and Gerard Murphy on their farm near Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork, using gently pasteurised fresh goat’s milk and a slow, traditional hand-ladling method. The result is a brilliant white, curdy paste with a mild, fresh and creamy flavour — and, unlike many soft cheeses, no rind, meaning less waste and more cheese to enjoy. This multi-award-winning cheese is suitable for vegetarians (vegetable rennet) and is a versatile addition to a cheese board, salads, or spread on crusty bread.
