Very aromatic, citrus, floral notes on the nose, suck you in for sip. The palate is juicy nectarine and citrus, with a touch of smoke and herbaceous notes too, a huge wash of acidity brings you through to a silky smooth saline, mineral finale.

Vinification: Long and slow vinification on 2 and 3 year old oak with wild yeasts. Harvested from a selection of different locations from Deidesheim and, in principle, the perfect balancing act for those who want something more than just the basic or Riesling Win Win, but do not want to risk the Grosses Gewachs or have them slumber in the cellar for a decade or more.
