Grapes are harvested from high altitude vinyards in the cool of the night to preserve the delicate fruit charecteristics and bright acidity. There are aromas of citrus, white peach and green apple with subtle tropical notes. Its a fresh medium bodied wine with a clean, satisfying finish.
