Fruity, sparkling and alcohol-free. Refreshing and sparkling, yet without alcohol, the non-alcoholic Fritz Muller offers a playful, light, and fruity delight. It tempts you to have another glass or two, without any regrets the next day.  Light straw yellow with green reflections. Fresh, fruity aromas of green apple and grapefruit. Mild and balanced in flavor with exotic notes and a delicate hint of nutmeg. Refreshingly sparkling.

Region: Rheinhessen, Germany (specifically from the village of Appenheim).

Fermentation: Initially fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh fruit aromas.

De-alcoholization: Processed via vacuum distillation. This allows the alcohol to evaporate at a very low temperature (around 35°C), which protects the delicate floral and fruit aromas of the wine.

Filtration: Fine filtration to ensure clarity and stability.

Alcohol Strength: < 0.5% ABV (commonly reported as 0.3% or lower).

Farming: Sustainable (HVE-equivalent practices in Germany; focused on limestone-rich soils).
