Elegant and fresh Vouvray with a ripe fruity palate, married with hints of honey and apricots. Definitely, the best friend of Asian food but enjoyable at any occasion with fish, charcuterie, or simply as an aperitif.

Region: Vouvray AOC, Touraine, Loire Valley, France.

Vintage: 2023.

Style: Medium/Off-dry white wine

Grapes: 100% Chenin Blanc.

Fermentation: The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures (15–16°C) in stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate floral and fruit aromas. The fermentation is halted naturally to retain a touch of residual sugar.

Filtration: Aged on fine lees in stainless steel to enhance texture and complexity before being lightly filtered to ensure clarity and stability.

Alcohol: 12%.

Farming: Sustainable viticulture (HVE Level 3 certified). The grapes are sourced from selected clay-limestone terroirs on the Vouvray plateau, which lend a distinct minerality to the wine.

Allergens: Contains sulphites.

Pairing Suggestion: Its slight sweetness makes it a fantastic partner for spicy Asian cuisine, such as Thai green curry or Pad Thai. It also pairs excellently with blue cheeses, honey-glazed pork, or fruit-based desserts like pear tart.
