Lively, crisp, fresh rosé – with aromas and flavours of crushed red fruit. The perfect summer tipple.
Region: IGP Pays d’Hérault, Languedoc, France.
Vintage: 2024.
Style: Dry, light-bodied Rosé.
Grapes: 50% Grenache, 30% Carignan, and 20% Syrah
Fermentation: 100% de-stemmed grapes followed by direct pressing. Fermentation is conducted at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate primary fruit aromas.
Filtration: Fined and filtered to achieve its signature brilliant clarity and stable, crisp profile.
Alcohol: 12.5%.
Farming: Produced from vineyards managed with Sustainable and Practising Organic methods. The vines are grown on clay and limestone soils near the Thau Lagoon.
Allergens: Contains sulphites.
Pairing Suggestion: An incredibly versatile food wine. It pairs beautifully with summer salads, grilled sardines, Mediterranean appetizers like tapenade, or lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
