Details
A classic, pale-hued Provençal rosé that captures the essence of the coast. It is light, invigorating, and saline, offering an intense bouquet of ripe nectarines, fresh figs, and citrus peel, balanced by a round, supple mouthfeel and a crisp, mineral finish.
Region: IGP Méditerranée, Provence, France.
Vintage: 2024.
Style: Dry, light-bodied Rosé.
Grapes: A traditional Southern French blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carignan.
Fermentation: The grapes are harvested at night to maintain freshness. They undergo a short 2–3 hour cold maceration in the press to achieve the pale colour, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16°C.
Filtration: The wine is fined and cold-stabilised before undergoing a light filtration to ensure brilliant clarity and fruit purity.
Alcohol: 12.5%.
Farming: Produced from vineyards managed with Sustainable and Organic practices. The estate (Saint-André de Figuière) is Ecocert certified.
Allergens: Contains sulphites.
Pairing Suggestion: Ideally served as an aperitif with a traditional pissaladière (onion and anchovy tart) or tomato-basil puff pastries. It also pairs wonderfully with Mediterranean classics like osso buco with fresh tagliatelle or grilled prawns.
