A bright, energetic, and quintessential Rías Baixas Albariño that celebrates its Atlantic roots. It pours a clean lemon-yellow with greenish glints, offering an intense aromatic profile of white peach, citrus zest, and lemon verbena, underpinned by a signature hint of mint and wet stone. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, pairing moderate acidity with a smooth, mineral-driven finish.

Style: Dry, light-to-medium-bodied White Wine.

Grapes: 100% Albariño.

Fermentation: The grapes are hand-selected and destemmed before undergoing pneumatic pressing. The must is clarified through cold static racking (decantation). Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at a constant 17°C to preserve the delicate primary fruit and floral esters.

Filtration: The wine is stabilised and undergoes a light filtration before bottling to ensure a polished, brilliant appearance without stripping the wine of its natural texture.

Alcohol: 13%.

Farming: Sustainable viticulture. The vines are grown on sandy-loam soils in the Salnés Valley, benefitting from a maritime climate that provides the humidity and coolness necessary for slow, balanced ripening.

Allergens: Contains sulphites.

Pairing Suggestion: A classic match for Galician cuisine. It is exceptional with fresh seafood platters, octopus a feira, grilled white fish, or citrus-based ceviche. It also pairs wonderfully with soft goat’s cheese or light Asian fusion dishes like sashimi.
