Details

The 2015 vintage shows Barbera’s hallmark freshness alongside depth and longevity: intense dark cherry and plum fruit, balsamic lift, earthy spice and a vibrant core of acidity that keeps the wine poised and energetic. Structured yet elegant, Camporomano is a pure, age-worthy expression of Barbera and one of La Stoppa’s most profound wines.

Pairing suggestion: Pappardelle with wild boar or slow-braised beef, Pizza with sausage & pepper, Chicken cacciatore, duck with cherries, Aged Pecorino, Parmigiano-Reggiano or rustic Italian cheeses, wild mushroom risotto
