A Fallon & Byrne exclusive. The colour is an intense ruby red with flecks of orange. On the nose evident roses, raspberries vanilla and balsamic notes. In the mouth it is dry, round and full bodied with young arrogant tannins, fruit syrup and cinnamon. Balanced and long in the mouth.

Grapes: Nebbiolo

Vinification: The grapes are macerated for 16 days at a controlled temperature of 28°C with several pump overs during the day. After a rest in stainless steel for 40 days the wine matures in oak barrels and “tonneaux” ( 225 and 500 lt) until it reaches the right maturation, then is left to age in the bottle for at least 5 months before release.
