Giribaldi Langhe Nebbiolo is a Fallon & Byrne Exclusive.

Tasting note: Ruby colour, with inviting balsamic and raspberry aroma wafting from the glass. Full bodied on the palate with noticeable, but not overpowering tannins. The flavour is gloriously red fruit focused, with the raspberry promise backed up by crip cranberry tartness and a complex finish with a hint of star anise.

Pairing suggestion: Meat stews, like ragu or beef casserole. Also great with grilled meat, so perfect for a barbequed steak.
