A F&B exclusive, Giribaldi Dolcetto d’Alba Calùpo is a ruby red colour with intense violet reflexes. On the nose evident violet sensations and mature fruit. Structured in the mouth with intense fruit, dry, clean and a soft wrapping finish.

Vinification: 9-day maceration with several pump overs each day and a temperature-controlled fermentation. After a rest in stainless steel the wine matures in 30 hl oak barrels for approx. 2 months and then is left to rest in bottle for at least 6 months.
