De Loach Zinfandel

Rich with aromas of cherry and brambles with a hint of spice. On the palate, it has flavours of raspberry, blackberry, blackcurrant and notes of star anise and white pepper. Full-bodied with soft tannins and a long finish.

Grapes: Zinfandel 

Fermentation: The grapes underwent a pre-fermentation cold soak to extract deep colour. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with regular “punch-downs” of the cap to integrate tannins.

Filtration: A small portion of the wine is aged in seasoned French oak barrels to add a subtle spice, while the majority remains in stainless steel to preserve fresh fruit character. It is lightly filtered before bottling to ensure stability.

Alcohol: 15%
