Tasting Note: Can do Sil is a wonderfully fresh, fruit led blend of Garnacha and Mencia produced from lightly macerated fruit from young vines. The ferment is made in stainless steel and the wine bottled after the spring equinox. It is a lightfooted, violet and blackberry infused wine with elements of mineral coolness. A refreshingly breezy and bright Spanish red with notes of sour cherry, raspberry, violets and sweet spice. It’s unoaked and very drinkable. 

Pairing suggestion: Great served as an aperitif, or with light snacks.
