A fabulous, fruity, and off-dry berry mead that captures the essence of a summer harvest. It opens with generous aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries, followed by a lush “tumble” of forest fruits on the palate and a clean, smooth honey finish.

Style: Off-Dry Melomel (Fruit Mead).

Honey Source: Pure Spanish forest honey, which provides a rich, mellow base that complements the tartness of the berries.

Ingredients: A “six-berry celebration” featuring strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, and cherries muddled and fermented with the honey.

Production Process: Fermented to a light “wine strength” without the use of a white wine base or added sugars. The fruit and honey are fermented together and matured in stainless steel tanks to ensure the berry character remains bright and “hazy” with natural fruit extracts.

Alcohol: 11%.
