Château Bellevue’s Merlot in 2021 developed thin skins which, vinified at low temperature using moderate extractions, revealed black-coloured juices with deep purple undertones. The nose is extremely delicate with notes of small black fruits and floral touches coming through. The palate is fresh and delicate and shows tension and balanced, very precise tannins.
