Cartwright and Butler Salted Caramel Shortbread Tin

We used our classic shortbreads recipe but added chips of sweet, crunchy,
salted caramel, the result, if we say so ourselves is a rather unique shortbread
that’s sure to become a classic all of it’s own.

Ingredients (allergens in bold):
Wheat Flour (Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salted Butter (Milk) (29%),
Sugar, Cornflour, Caramel Pieces (4%) [Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Sweetened
Condensed Milk, Coconut Oil, Butter Oil (Milk), Natural Flavouring],
Demerara Sugar, Sea Salt, Natural Flavouring.
