Meringues ingredients (72%): sugar 45%, almond flour 29%, egg albumen
powder, sweetener: sorbitol syrup; soy proteins, rice starch, sunflower oil, vegetable
fiber, preservative: potassium sorbate; emulsifier: soy lecithin; acidifier: citric acid;
thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum; stabilizer: invertase; corn starch, food
colouring: E120.
Cream ingredients (28%): base custard [sugar, white chocolate 35% (sugar, cocoa
butter, whey milk powder), vegetable fats (palm kernel, palm, sunflower),
skimmed milk powder, lactose, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flavouring), water,
soy proteins, champagne flavour, 0,2%emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty
acids, mono- and diacetyl tartaric acids esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty
