Ripe blackberry and cassis aromas infused with touches of vanilla on the nose. Forest berry fruit on the palate, followed by an intriguing mélange of leather, spice, and hints of cacao.
• Maretti Barbera Nebbiolo Langhe Rosso A deep crimson wine with an expressive nose of ripe red berries, nuanced with subtle dried herb, forest floor and anise notes. Medium-bodied with supple raspberry and plum flavours and fine tannins.
• Diaz Bayo 8 Meses Ribera Del Duero Intense nose of red fruits with a touch of fresh herbs. Ample texture with fruit over oak on the palate.
• Château Haut-Sorillon Bordeaux Supérieur Juicy and fruit forward, with red fruit prominance and light tannins. The wine is simple, open and fruity and is ready to drink.
• La Famille Perrin Ventoux Classic South Rhône combination of Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache & Syrah. Dark ruby colour with a nose of blackberries, leather & spice. Round, fruity, broad texture with stewed fruit and a slight minerality to the finish.
• Chan de Rosas Albariño Clàsico Classic pale yellow colour with green apple, citrus nose and white flower nose. Fresh, crisp palate with persistent length.
• Menade Verdejo has a pale straw yellow in the glass with aromas of citrus peel, freshly cut hay, white and yellow flowers, fennel, and boxwood. Round on the palate, with pronounced acidity. Ripe fruits stand out, along with quince and a saline background that adds tension.
• Baron Do Sil Godello Dried flowers and green apple on the nose. The lees aging in barrel makes for a rich texture, with a palate of fresh acidity, crisp minerality and green apple.
