Carol's slow-simmered beef bone broth is full of flavour and nutrition. She takes grass fed beef bones, roasts them to caramelise and then slowly simmers along with locally sourced vegetables for 24 hours to extract as many nutrients as possible. Carol's beef bone broth is a great source of gelatin which comes from the collagen rich bones. The beef bone broth is extraordinarily rich in protein with 20 grams of protein and approx. 9g of collagen per pack.
