Maruxaina’s Navajas en Aceite de Oliva are hand-packed razor clams from Spain’s Rías Baixas, prepared using traditional methods that preserve their natural briny character. Each 110g tin holds 6–8 pieces, purified in seawater before being calibrated, packed by hand, and finished with a fine Spanish olive oil that lets the clams’ delicate flavour come through. A refined addition to a tinned seafood spread, served simply with good bread, or as part of a tapas board.
