Enjoy this hot smoked organic salmon covered in a layer of honey, lemon and fresh dill. Dill and salmon are a perfect match, and the honey adds a hint of sweetness which is balanced by the fresh flavour of the lemon.

Hot smoking is the Scandinavian method of smoking at a higher temperature which gives the salmon a flaky, drier texture than cold smoking. A favourite even with those who normally would not eat (cold) smoked salmon.
