The lasagna sheet is made with only two high quality ingredients: durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs. Following the traditional artisan techniques of the Marche massage and using cutting -edge frames and straws, Aldo’s pasta has created a product that combines tradition and innovation perfectly.
The sheet is worked with a few steps, thus preserving its original structure And ensuring the maximum yield of flavors during cooking.
To keep tradition intact, the pasta is dried as once, hanging from special supports. This slow drying method contributes to preserving the biting consistency and characteristic perfume of craft pasta. Each sheet is elastic, tenacious and porous, ideal for capturing and holding all the flavors of the Marche tradition ragù.
