Pretty much everyone’s favourite preserve. And here, our favouriteversion of it. As you might expect, it’s all down to the quality of the fruit, so we only use fresh. Field – grown strawberries, to ensure our preserve delivers the strawberryist of strawberry preserve. One that demands to be the crowning glory on a scone with clotted cream.
