Cartwright and Butler Ginger Preserve

A homemade favourite, Ginger Preserve, made with chunks of fresh stem ginger to give this preserve fresh bite and texture. Great on toast and enjoyed by all. It is lovingly prepared in a Kilner type jar which you can use time and again for storing foods that require an airtight seal.

Ingredients: Ginger, Sugar, Water, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)
