A traditional home-made Apricot Jam, great with sweet or savoury foods. Bursting with a summery sweet flavour of apricots, this jam is amazing squished between freshly baked Victoria sponges or used under marzipan for an extra special surprise under your icing! It is lovingly prepared in a Kilner type jar which you can use time and again for storing foods that require an airtight seal.

Ingredients: Sugar, Apricots, Water, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).
