Sweet with a little bit of heat, this is incredibly moreish. You wouldn’t often find gooseberries in a hot sauce so this is our point of difference.
Pairining suggestions:
Drizzle over tacos, add to grilled chicken, mix into a goats cheese salad, add to fish tacos, or amazing in a bacon sandwich. Great as a dipping sauce too.
