Celebrate Christmas with the rich, traditional flavour of Tiptree Christmas Pudding 454g, a classic English festive dessert made with generous quantities of vine fruits, cider, French brandy and Tiptree Tawny Orange Marmalade.

Made using a traditional recipe, this rich and fruity Christmas pudding combines sultanas, currants and raisins with warming mixed spices and the distinctive citrus character of thick-cut orange marmalade. Cider and French brandy add depth and warmth, while breadcrumbs and flour create the characteristic moist, dense texture associated with a traditional Christmas pudding.

Tiptree’s Christmas Pudding is hand filled into a Tiptree earthenware basin, covered with a tie-on cloth and wrapped in cellophane before being placed inside a rigid presentation box. The attractive presentation makes it particularly well suited to Christmas gifting as well as serving at the festive dinner table.

The 454g pudding serves approximately 4–6 people, making it a convenient size for a family Christmas dinner or smaller festive gathering. It is already cooked and simply requires reheating before serving. For the best result, Tiptree recommends steaming it in its basin for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, although it can also be heated in an 850W microwave for approximately 3–4 minutes.

Serve generous slices with traditional accompaniments such as brandy butter, cream, custard or ice cream. Its rich fruit character and warming spice make it a natural centrepiece for the Christmas dessert course.
