Celebrate an Italian Christmas classic with Loison Panettone with Almonds 500g, also known as Panettone Mandorlato. This naturally leavened Italian Christmas cake combines a soft, golden and airy sponge with sweet sultana raisins, candied Sicilian orange peel and fragrant Diamante citron from Calabria.

The panettone is finished with a generous Italian almond glaze and crunchy sugar crystals, creating an appealing contrast between the tender fruit-filled crumb and crisp, nutty topping. The almond glaze contains 40% Italian Tuono almonds, adding richness and a delicate roasted almond flavour to every slice.

Loison follows the Italian confectionery tradition, using natural sourdough and a 72-hour artisan production process. This slow preparation helps develop the panettone’s characteristic soft texture and aromatic flavour. The recipe includes fresh eggs and butter, while 15% sultana raisins and 8% candied citrus provide classic festive fruitiness.
