Flamigni Montebianco Panettone – A new sparkling packaging for a new delicious recipe: a flavoured dough with chestnuts cream and marrons glacés in pieces, covered with white chocolate and meringue.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, chestnut paste 22% (chestnut purée 38%, sucrose, glucose-fructose syrup, jelling agent: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavourings), candied chestnuts 11% (chestnuts 78%, sugar, glucose syrup – fructose, natural vanilla flavouring), butter, egg yolk, sugar, natural starter yeast (contains wheat), emulsifiers: mono- and diglicerides of vegetable origin fatty acids – sunflower lecithin, inverted sugar syrup, salt, wheat malt, flavourings, Madagascar natural vanilla bean extract. Covering 15% ingredients: white chocolate 80% (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder emulsifier, emulsifier soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), meringue grains 20% (beet sugar, pasteurised egg whites, rice starch).
May contain almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios. Does not contain genetically modified ingredients.
