Made with real fruit juices, this vibrant cordial combines the distinctive citrus character of Sicilian lemons with tangy lime for a wonderfully refreshing drink with plenty of natural fruit flavour.

The recipe contains 20% Sicilian lemon juice from concentrate, 10% lime juice from concentrate, 4% freshly squeezed lime juice and a further 4% lime juice. It is naturally sweetened with steviol glycosides from stevia, giving the cordial a gentle sweetness without added sugar.

Simply dilute with still or sparkling water to create a refreshing citrus drink. The manufacturer and retailers recommend dilution at 1 part cordial to 6 parts water, while Kate’s Kitchen describes it as suitable for a lighter 1:8 serve. It can also be used to add a zesty citrus note to cocktails, mocktails, desserts and homemade lemonade.
