This Reblochon Mini is a small-format version of the classic Savoie AOP, a semi-soft, washed-rind cheese from the Thônes region of the French Alps, made from unpasteurised cow’s milk. Aged for a minimum of two to four weeks, it develops a velvety orange-yellow rind and a smooth, ivory paste with a mild, nutty flavour and a light cellar aroma. The Mini format is ideal for smaller households or sharing boards — perfect eaten simply with crusty bread, or melted over potatoes for a classic tartiflette.
