Handcrafted from the rare Nebrodi Black Pig — a native Sicilian breed raised semi-wild in the oak forests of the Nebrodi and Madonie mountains — this salami carries a noticeably richer, more intense aroma than salami made from conventional pork. Produced by Azienda Agricola Mulinello, three generations into perfecting Suino Nero charcuterie and a founding member of the Consorzio di Tutela del Suino Nero dei Nebrodi, each salami is hand-tied in natural casing using traditional Sicilian methods. A distinctive, full-flavoured addition to any charcuterie board.
